The bus leaves the Stamford Plaza Hotel on North Terrace at 10:00 am and collects a second group at the Hahndorf Academy on Main Street at 10:50 am, so you can join from the city or from the Hills. From there it runs a circuit of 8 to 10 hand-picked wineries and venues in the hills around Hahndorf, and each lap takes about an hour.

You choose up to four of the stops on the timetable and hop off at each one. Because the bus follows the same timetable every hour, the plan is simple: taste, look around, and catch the next pass on to your next venue.
